Activities: Dairy farm, milking 9 months/year, also heifer grazing, sheep & beef farm. Varied work helping with the livestock, helping around the house and garden, weeding pruning, lawn mowing, spraying weeds, odd jobs.
Comments: Young hard working couple with a young preschool son. Stay in family home with own shower & toilet. Limited Wifi available. Lots of summer outdoor activities, coming to watch our hunting in winter is a good way to see many different farms.
Hobbies: Horse riding, horse & hound hunting during the winter & fishing.
Inglewood S&J C
Activities: Sheep and beef farm. Seasonal activities: feeding out hay, sheep yard work, feeding the farm dogs/puppies, mowing lawns, stacking wood, fencing, feeding orphan lambs, tractor/motorbike/gator driving & other maintenance jobs where required. Most days here
Comments: Self-contained cottage with fast wifi. Food provided with most evening meals at homestead with Bryan & Helen. Pick up from Inglewood 20 min. Our aim is to have fun and let you see the real New Zealand!

Activities: Horse and sheep and beef farm. Preferably someone who has experience for about 5 hours work/day.
Comments: Married couple two adult children living near by. Visitor has own room. Causal lifestyle all members involved with farm work. Historic Whangamomona republic.
Hobbies: Endurance riding and horses.
Mangatoki A&D A
Activities: Activities: hobby farm: 1 pigs, 6 chooks, a cat & 3 small Bichon Frise dogs who love people. Help with painting and maintenance.
Comments: Retired couple, enjoy company and benefit from younger people. Not on a bus route own transport will make sightseeing easier for you. Eltham 10 min, Stratford or Hawera 20 min. Mountain lakes & beaches 30 min.
Hobbies: Handcrafts, engineering, TV especially British programs, car buff & volunteer fireman.
New Plymouth K&R C
Activities: 300 cow dairy unit (plus 3 dogs, 2 horses, 2 ponies, 4 cats & 5 motorbikes). Help with stock, feeding, calving, haymaking, fencing & general farm maintenance. Painting & gardening may also be required at times.
Comments: We have 3 outdoors loving teenagers. Accommodation in an outside room with 2 single beds. Top surfing beach 3km. Own pool, spa & boat. Village 5 min, can collect from New Plymouth 20 min.
Hobbies: Bikes, beach cook ups, fishing & water skiing.
Opunake V C
Activities: 400 cow dairy farm, with a small domestic zoo. Fencing, feeding, milking, housework, gardening work required.
Comments: Single 30 year old female sharemilker. Work closely with farm owners who also live on farm. Helpers have their own bedroom. Near Mt Taranaki tramping, Opunake fishing, arts, wildlife and surfing spots, amenities and a neat beach. Can see the sea from the farm.
Hobbies: Horses, photography, writing, sport, meeting people, travelling, animals, good films, flax weaving and crafts.

Activities: Organic rare breed farm self-sufficient as we can. Help fencing, sheep work, poultry feeding, pig feeding, cattle work, cooking, art work, IT, building, painting, gardening, milking, butchery, Jam making. Help dealing with tourists. Selling weekly at th
Comments: Open to booked tourist visits. Variety of accommodation: Shepard's hut, Gypsy wagon, House bus, some bring own campers.
Hobbies: Singing, hunting, fishing and self-sufficiency.
Urenui T&S W
Activities: Forestry block with grazing, fruit trees and vegie garden. Housework, home handyman's work. Currently tidying up the property after being overseas for 5 years, lots of tree work. Portable sawmilling and building.
Comments: Comments: Stay in spare bedroom in the house. Near coast, beaches, walkways and fishing. Can pick you up from New Plymouth or Waitara.
Hobbies: Walking, swimming, sea kayaking, fishing, hunting, cooking, gardening, sewing & looking after the grandson.
Urenui H K
Activities: 23 cows & 10 sheep. Maintenance of farm and facilities. I let my visitors choose the kind of work they prefer. Im happy to teach.
Comments: Transport is no problem, I can pick up from Urenui or New Plymouth. We can talk about everything. every visitor will leave with a treasure of new experiences!!!
Hobbies: I like traveling, hiking, hunting, cycling, swimming ... and being outdoors.
